A video production partner built around your business
ODGE MEDIA helps founders, business leaders and the people responsible for marketing turn commercial goals into purposeful video content.
Led by Ollie Needham, we combine strategic thinking, creative direction and broadcast production experience, managing every stage from initial planning through to final delivery.
The video is not the objective.
The objective might be helping the right people discover your business, understand your offer, trust your expertise or feel confident enough to make a decision.
That is why every project begins with the wider commercial picture.
We take the time to understand your business, its audience, the challenge behind the work and how the finished content will be used.
Only then do we decide what to create, what it needs to communicate and how production should be approached.
This ensures the finished work is not only visually strong, but purposeful and connected to something the business needs to achieve.

Broadcast experience shapes how we work.
Founder Ollie Needham has worked in video production since 2011 across live sport, television, documentary, branded content and commercial productions.
His experience includes work for organisations such as Sky Sports, BBC, ITV, TNT Sports, DAZN and Matchroom.
Live broadcast environments demand preparation, technical judgement and calm decision-making. Important moments cannot always be repeated, so problems need to be anticipated and every part of the production needs to work together.
That discipline underpins every ODGE MEDIA project.
Whether we are producing a brand film, customer case study, podcast or live production, the process is organised, the details are managed and the creative work is supported by reliable delivery.

How we work.
Every project follows a structured process designed to keep decisions clear, production organised and your internal workload manageable.
- Understand the objective
We explore the business, audience, challenge and outcome the content needs to support.
- Shape the approach
We define the message, format, placement and scale of production required.
- Plan the production
We organise contributors, locations, schedules, equipment and other practical details.
- Manage the creation
We lead the filming and post-production process, keeping communication clear throughout.
- Deliver with purpose
The finished assets are prepared for their intended platforms and supplied ready for your team to use.
One point of contact.
The right team for the work.
Ollie leads every ODGE MEDIA project, from understanding the initial requirement and shaping the approach through to production and final delivery.
Some projects can be handled by a small crew. Others require additional camera operators, sound specialists, lighting teams, drone operators or live production support.
We bring together the right people for the scope of the work and manage them as one production team.
You are not left coordinating separate suppliers, schedules or technical requirements. ODGE MEDIA remains responsible for the process and provides one clear point of contact throughout.
This keeps the working relationship direct and straightforward while giving each project the scale and capability it needs.
Built for long-term working relationships.
You can begin with a single project. Many clients continue working with us because each production builds a deeper understanding of their business, audience and priorities.
Over time, we learn how your team works, how decisions are made and what your marketing needs to support.
This reduces repeated briefing, makes production easier to organise and allows future content to be planned with greater consistency.
Ongoing support might include regular content days, customer case studies, campaign assets, podcast series or live productions.
Whatever the requirement, the aim remains the same: to provide reliable production support that continues to add value as your business develops.
